2018635 - Event Viewer error: Failed to determine file system status. Please check for file system corruption

• Following error message seen intermittently in Windows Event Viewer when the Input/Output FRS locations are on NAS drive:
  
  The description for Event ID 35600 from source BusinessObjects_fileserver cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
  
  If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
  
  The following information was included with the event:
  
  Failed to determine file system status. Please check for file system corruption

• The IFRS wirtes the following information in the logs for the same time:
