2018638 - ABAP Report - You are not authorized to display profiles

Symptom

Upon scheduling an ABAP report through Automated Monitoring, Job Monitor shows job with 'In Process' status. It never completes.

In the plug-in system, more specifically in transaction SM37, we can see the following authorization error in the ABAP report job logs:

"You are not authorized to display profiles"

"Job cancelled after syste exception ERROR_MESSAGE"
