Symptom
You have created an extension field in the Customer Accounts view in Receivables work center and now you want to extend it to the Dunning view in the same work center.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Receivables work center.
- Go to the Customer Accounts view.
- Select Adapt and choose Enter Adaptation Mode.
- Again select Adapt and choose Edit Screen.
- Go to Extension Fields section.
Here you have created an extension field, which now you would like to extend to the following view:
- Go to the Receivables work center.
- Go to the Dunning view.
Resolution
It is not possible to extend the Extension field created in the View Customer Accounts to View Dunning.
The Extension Fields in the View 'Customer Accounts' can be extended to few screens and those can be identified using below steps:
1. Work center Receivables
2. View Customer Accounts
3. select Adapt and choose Enter Adaptation Mode
4. Again select Adapt and choose Edit Screen.
5. Go to Extension Fields section.
6. Select the Field ABC and choose Further Usage
7. Go to Extension Scenarios tab.
