2019221 - Input Help in BeX Query Designer fails with error ORA-00942

Symptom

In BeX Query Designer restricting values for a certain characteristic fails with errors:

  • An exception with the type CX_RS_SQL_ERROR_SILENT occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause.
  • ORA-00942: table or view does not exist.
  • RSBOLAP Program error in class SAPMSSY1 method : UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION.

Neither the syslog nor transaction ST22 show any related error.
