2019943 - BPC MS 10 Work Status Error: Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

In SAP Business Planning and Consolidation 10.0, version for Microsoft, when you try to change the work status for a model/application, the following error messages appear:

Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

The execution of report Default Report failed. Please contact your administrator.
