2020527 - Commitment reduction logic for service Purchase Requisitions created by Project System or Plant Maintenance

Symptom

In customizing transaction ML91 you have activated value-based commitment reduction for Purchase Requisitions (T165-COMM_VALUE_BASED).

You have PR's created by PS (network, etc.) or PM (PM order) for which the first Purchase Order completely reduces PR commitment to zero.

Another symptom may be error message 06 076 that prevents you from creating another PO for such a PR: "Materials of requisition & item & alr. ordered in full". The message can be customized so it is not necessarily issued.
