2020829 - Distinct query causes server crash for certain collations - SAP IQ

• Simple distinct query causes server crash with stacktrace on hs_ohcGroup<class s_btfdiskblock,class s_btfitem>::GetUnconditionedKey.
• Collation ISO9LATIN1 or 1257LIT
• Query : select distinct T_col from T_sp04
• It happens while fetching results
• The stacktrace include the following functions:
