2021004 - Detail Planning - Error "Month 00 is not plausible"

Symptom

When editing cost items, or jobs, or capacity utilization levels in Detail Planning (BSP Application), the following error is displayed:

"Month 00 is not plausible", "Amount or number must be entered".

Environment

System release 600 and higher.
