2021313 - BPC MS: Path cannot be the empty string or all whitespace

When running a BPC Data Manager (DTS / DTSX) Import package or a custom package with a DumpLoad Task, the following error appears in the log file:

Path cannot be the empty string or all whitespace

The following entries in the TblLogs table in the AppServer database may also appear:
