Testing of control is performed by a user and then forwarded to another user for the control review. Before the control was reviewed the tester is deleted from the GRC system. Now when the approver is trying to approve the request , an error message is displayed "Entry XYZ does not exist in (check entry)" and the application does not allow to proceed further.
