2021830 - Data Source Customer Invoice Item with Tax Details Shows No Data

You notice that the data source Customer Invoice Item with Tax Details shows no data although there are customer invoices in your system.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Open the view Design Data Sources in the work center Business Analytics.
2. Search for the data source Customer Invoice Item with Tax Details and click on Preview.
3. The preview shows no data.
4. Alternatively, you can open your customized report on this data source from the assigned work center. The report does not give any results either.

1.The data source Customer Invoice Item with Tax Details shows only those invoices that were created for Mexican accounts. Customer invoices for other accounts will not be considered.

2.For Not Released Invoice Documents that were created for Mexican accounts, if these invoice documents are NOT in legal approval status, they do not match with restriction rules in the data sources GLOCIU01, GLOCIB01 and hence cannot be viewed. You can make "Legal Approval Status" field visible via Personalization Mode.

Data Source Name: Customer Invoice Item with Tax Details

Data Source IDs: GLOCIU01, GLOCIB01

Description: Contains all customer invoice items which are not released and in approval status. It provides you with information on the products, quantities, gross amounts, net amounts, tax amounts.

This is the expected system behavior.
