• User session terminates unexpectedly.
• Encrypted data is being used.
• Following error messages 2956 and 854 are reported in the ASE errorlog:

Msg 2956, Level 20, State 1:
Server 'XXX', Line 1:
Unable to grab a buffer to encrypt logical page xxx in database xxx. Increase the size of the xxx buffer pool in the buffer cache 'default data cache'.

Msg 854, Level 20, State 1:
Server 'XXX', Line 1:
Fatal buffer pool error. Please contact SAP Technical Support.
