Symptom
After installing BI 4.0 Client tools, Web Intelligence Rich Client, Universe Design Tool and Widgets do not launch or throw an error message.
One of the following may happen:
- When launching the application, there is nothing displayed to the screen.
- An error message:
"SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise has stopped working"
