2023060 - Hierarchy issue RH 214 ID: The from-value is larger than the to-value

Symptom

This KBA only applies to transfermethod = 1 (IDOC). It's also explicitly mentioned in the online help, which is the solution part of this KBA.

 

The loading of a hierarchy in BW fails with error "ID 00000006 : The from-value is larger than the to-value" ID RH No. 214 as for example in screenshot shown below:
