2023142 - Repository shows Inactive in CMC after restarting the database - Data Services 4.1

Symptom

  • Scheduled DB backup. 
  • Unable to log into DS Local Repositories.
  • The Repository DB went offline and came back online, but the EIM Adaptive Processing Server didn't attempt to reconnect.
  • Have to manually restart EIM Adaptive Processing Server.  Otherwise the status of all Data Services repositories is inactive in CMC.
