2023195 - Error: "Internal Error Occurred While Calling 'openDocument' API: ERR_WIS_30270" when viewing/scheduling WebI documents using non-admin users in BI 4.x

Symptom

  • When trying to schedule or view any report from either Central Management Console(CMC) or BI Launchpad the following error message is received:
    "Internal Error Occurred While Calling 'openDocument' API: ERR_WIS_30270"
  • The issue is not seen for defaut enterprise administrator or members of administrators.
