2023501 - dev_rout trace shows error "route from XXX expected" when using niping to test a SAPRouter

When you use command niping -c -H <SAPRouter-Host> -S <SAPRouter-Port> to test a SAPRouter, even niping command show "connect to server o.k." as below,

error saprouter.exe connects hostname localhost invalid , KBA , BC-CST-NI , Network Interface , Problem
