2023724 - SPM : Export / Printing does not work after updating Adobe Flash to v13.0.0.214 or later

• Loss of printing functionality in Spend Performance Management.
• Loss of export functionality in SPM.
• After upgrading to Adobe Flash Player 13.0.0.214 or later the Excel, CSV and PDF export stops working.
• No error message is shown in the SPM User Interface, No Excel, CSV or PDF is generated.
