2023831 - Zero value of SIGNEDDATA(SDATA) is not considered during script logic execution before CPMBPC 800 SP10(or CPMBPC 801 SP03)

• When you have source data as 0 balanced records and you are below BPC NW SP10, you will find these source data will not be considered by script logic
• Example:

  *WHEN [Dimension]  
  *IS A
  *REC(Expression=1)
  *ENDWHEN
  
  With above script logic, the system which is below BPC NW SP80010 or SP80103 release, will not generate data.
  However, since BPC NW BPC NW SP80010 or SP80103, system will generate data as A=1 as result.
