2024204 - How to add other languages to status profile of ITSM transaction type - SAP Solution Manager

Symptom

You log on to a system with language JA, then you use report AI_CRM_CPY_PROCTYPE to copy a transaction type such as SMIN to Z0Z9.

Then you log on to the system with language EN, you find there is no English status displayed.
