2024221 - Can't Open AO Workbook from BIP due to Umlauts in the Title

• An AO workbook can't be opened from BI Launch pad or CMC. It has umlauts in the workbook title.
• Umlauts include German letters (ÄäÖöÜü) or Swedish letters (åäöÅÄÖ), etc.
• You will get errors as follows:
• The launcher is exited with error, see log file for more details.
• Invalid character in the given encoding. Line x, Position xxx. (Ungültiges Zeichen in der angegebenen Codierung. Zeile x, Position xxx.)
• Failed to launch with specified file!
