2024501 - Central Management Server crashes when updating or adding secSAPR3 properties and entitlement systems

Symptom

The CMS server process is crashing whenever an administrator updates or edits secSAPR3 properties in the Central Management Console
A crash dump was taken of the CMS crash and the following call stack is causing the crash:
