2025082 - Employee XYZ is Missing in Person Responsible Field of Accounts

You have a requirement to find a list of Account for which Employee XYZ is responsible but in the value selection for Person Responsible, the Employee XYZ is missing.

1. Go to Account Management work center.
2. Select Accounts view.
3. Select All Accounts.
4. Go to Contacts tab.
5. Select Advanced Search.
6. Enter XYZ in the Person Responsible field.
7. No Records found

The cause for the issue is that the Employee XYZ is terminated.

This activity should have been done before the employee was terminated. Once employee is terminated, it will not appear in search option hence it is not possible to find out the list of account he was responsible for.
