Symptom
- After we selected the call like in below screenshot, it is observed that the call cannot be selected and the relevant account is not identified. There is no error message shown either.
- This issue always occurs if you have maintained a date format with '/' or '-' as separator in your user profile or personalize settings. For example: 'MM/DD/YYYY' or 'MM-DD-YYYY'.
