2025332 - Urgent change import and Normal Change import fails with requests does not match the component version of the target system - Solution Manager

• An import triggered from an Urgent change document fails due to error "requests do not match the component version of the target system" (Message No. XT216) or "Import failed due to invalid component version" (Message No. AGS_TD824)
• A Preliminary import is triggered from a Normal Change document and reach component version error
• An import is triggered from a work item and error IMPORT_NOT_ALLOWED is found in the TMS alerts
• COPY_ALL_ENH is triggered from a Normal Change document when setting To Be Tested status
• "Failed to import all transport of copies, errors occurred"
• TMS Alert Viewer shows "X of Y requests do not match component version of the target system"
