2025332 - Urgent change import and Normal Change import fails with requests does not match the component version of the target system - Solution Manager

• An import triggered from an Urgent Change document fails due to error "requests do not match the component version of the target system" (Message No. XT216) or "Import failed due to invalid component version" (Message No. AGS_TD824)
• A Preliminary import is triggered from a Normal Change document and component version error is raised
• Normal Change status is moved to To Be Tested triggering TOC import with COPY_ALL_ENH, and error message is raised: "Failed to import all transport of copies, errors occurred"
• An import is triggered from a Focused Build Work Item and error IMPORT_NOT_ALLOWED is found in the TMS alerts
• TMS Alert Viewer shows "X of Y requests do not match component version of the target system"
