2025467 - Error: "Unable to find job server .." starting a Data Services job from BW

Symptom

A job started from SAP BW may fail in SAP Data Services.

The following errors are logged in the RFC log:
<Date> <Time> [ FINE ] Started processing RFC call to function: BAPI_ISOURCE_DP_REQUEST 0
<Date> <Time> [ FINE ] Load Data Request Id [REQU_4UPI8EJVB27HMWRIWTR0BAEDA]
<Date> <Time> [ SEVERE ] Unable to find available Job server : while trying to invoke the method com.acta.repo.ActaRepository.getRepositoryName() of an object loaded from local variable 'dbRepo'
<Date> <Time> [ SEVERE ] Trying to find any available Job server from Repo: while trying to invoke the method com.acta .repo.ActaRepository.getRepositoryName() of an object loaded from local variable 'dbRepo'
