2025468 - RSOE returning error "Error writing HTTP headers, errCode: 0, sysCode: 0"

Symptom

  • RSOE(Relay Server Outbound Enabler) does not connect to the Relay Server.
  • RSOE log shows:
    I. 2014-05-30 08:48:10. <OEHost> Relay server host is responding. Retrieving relay servers list..
    I. 2014-05-30 08:48:10. <OEHost> doHTTPRequest: sending POST request..
    E. 2014-05-30 08:48:10. <OEHost> Error writing HTTP headers, errCode: 0, sysCode: 0
