Symptom
- When using hashing option for parallel index creation, ASE is generating a "timeslice current process infected at stphd_release_last_mvcc_histogram" error.
- This is followed by a stacktrace with the following modules:
stphd_release_unreferenced_mvcc_histograms
stphd_copy_mvcc_histogram
stphd_mvcc_histogram_iteration
stphd_mvcc_histogram_iteration_driver
stu_nosort_range
