2026109 - Error HDB 04009: New version of default suggestion rules to be copied to user directory and applied; if required, update the file with specific customizations

Symptom

  • When using Lumira Desktop, the following error occurs:

"New version of default suggestion rules to be copied to user directory and applied; if required, update the file with specific customizations.  (HDB 04009)"

Environment

  • Lumira Server for HANA
  • Lumira Desktop

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Install Lumira Desktop 1.17
  2. Click on the Visualize Tab

Cause

This error happens if Internet Explorer 8 is installed on the system

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install Internet Explorer 9 or higher, or install the latest version of Google Chrome.
