2026680 - The report for Access Request in Access Dashboard shows incomplete description in graphs

Symptom

In Access Dashboard, the report for Access Request shows incomplete graphs corresponding to value of 'Request by Type'.
As the description in the field gets smaller, the graph starts to get displayed. And, on increasing the characters of the description, it displays nothing.
