2026779 - Error when trying to complete/forward work item <<<number>>>

Symptom

GRC Access Request Administrator User is unable to Approve the Request from NWBC. While trying to approve the Request it gets the error "Error when trying to complete/forward work item <<<number>>>".

Error is shown on the screen when trying to Approve, by clicking on Submit button. (in this snapshot, the submit button is greyed out, only once the error has occurred).
