2027096 - Service Purchase Requisition UOM is defaulted and can not be changed at item level - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

When creating a service PR or PO, the Unit of Measure (MEREQ3211GRID-MEINS) has a defaulted value, and this value can not be manually changed.

When trying to change this, the field is grayed out / inaccessible and cannot be edited.
