2027179 - @Variable('BOUSER') fails to work intermittently in Rich Internet Application mode

Symptom

  • When a WebI report using any @variable('BOUSER') condition is refreshed FROM BI Launchpad, it doesn't returns data.
  • The problem appears intermittently.
  • When checking the SQL, @variable('BOUSER') returns blank or null.
