2027235 - A Dump occurs when trying to activate or transport objects after upgrade to 7.40

Symptom

After upgrading the BW system to 7.4 a short dump occurs when trying to transport infoobjects or infocubes through the transport connection , Also when activating via business content the following dump occurs in the system :
