SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When trying to open the SAP Sustainability Performance Management frontend page, there is an error showing up:
"The application is not configured properly for user xxxxx, contact your administrator"
Checking further in the HTTPWATCH there will be another SOA error that says:
"com.sap.engine.services.webservices.jaxrpc.exceptions.SOAPFaultException: Virtual Interface not found"
