2028084 - Cannot Find Tax Reporting Unit When Editing Company Tax Arrangement

You try to add a tax reporting unit of company tax arrangement but you cannot find it.

You can reproduce the issue with following steps:

1. Go to work center Tax Management, view Tax Authorities and subview Company Tax Arrangement.
2. Select Tax Authority XYZ and select Edit.
3. Select Add Row in tab Assigned Tax Reporting Units.
4. Use value help, but cannot find the unit you want to add.

Reporting Unit value help is restricted by the company for which unit is assigned. If you open the value help of the tax reporting unit, and open Advanced option, you can see the company is input there by default.

You need to remove the company input in the advanced search and search again for the tax reporting unit you want to add, then you find it.

Please note that tax Reporting Units is only visible for a few countries (United States, Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland and UK), also available for India too.
