2028911 - SMP: Incompatibility between DOEC clu.bat for deployment and jVisualVM

Symptom

  1. Setup SMP (SAP Mobile Platform) to use jVisualVM as detailed in SAP DOC-52085 http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-52085
  2. After restarting SMP attempt a DOEC deployment using clu.bat
  3. Note that regardless of the port used in step 1, clu.bat will return an error that the port is already in use.  For example:
    Error: Exception thrown by the agent : java.rmi.server.ExportException:Port already in use: 8096; nested exception is:
    java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind
