2028951 - EPM-SA SPM Error when accessing reports

Spend Performance Management users are able to see data and create reports, but when they try to access existing reports, they receive a server error. The J2EE error logs indicate "cannot process an http request to servlet" and "attempting to create outgoing ssl connection without trusted certificates"
