2028961 - Post Processing of orders in COFC fails with error (KI806) "Transaction Actual activity allocation has been locked"

Symptom

  • Transaction COFC returns error "Transaction Actual activity allocations has been locked" (KI806) when executed for a Maintenance / Service order.
  • This can happen when following the steps listed in KBA 1912955 to resolve error CO688 when business closing an order.
