2029133 - CRM: No generation of bank key and account number from IBAN in view CRM_IC_PAYMENT/PaymBankDetailTime

Symptom

When you enter IBAN in the bank details view CRM_IC_PAYMENT/PaymBankDetailTime the bank key and bank account data are not generated.
The message AR 195 "Enter the bank key" will be displayed.
