Symptom

  • While reading some mails the sender Mail Adapter can throw exceptions like
     
    java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException:csUSASCII
     or
    java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException:saASCII
     

  • These emails can be read by MS Outlook but not by PI(Process Integration).
