2030075 - Product Description is Not Shown When Creating Sales Order by Fast Entry

You are using the Fast Entry function in sales order and aware that the product description is not shown up.

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Click New Sales Order and fulfill the necessary data in General tab.
3. In the lower Items section, click Fast Entry.
4. Put the ID in the Product field then press Tab key to jump to the next Quantity field, you find the Description is not shown.

When clicking Fast Entry, system generates ten blank lines. When five lines are filled new ten blank lines are added automatically. It also disabled some function such as copy, follow-up, or submit.

After maintaining all items click Check Fast Entry or Save. The system then checks all data created and performs pricing and product availability. So that system can save time from retrieving data when filling the fast entry.

You have to click Check Fast Entry button to show the product description.
