Your Netweaver Appllcaition Server (JAVA) fails to start. In the dev_server0 file you see exitcode: -2150 and in the std_server0.out and defaultTrace you see that the ume service fails to start with the error:
"Start of UME service failed. Check help topic "Start of UME Service Failed". Technical details: com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (101) JCO_ERROR_CONFIGURATION: No SAP logon ticket found"
