2030577 - Crystal Reports 2013 Crashes on Use of Textbox, Crystal for Visual Studio doesn't allow textbox editing

Symptom

Crystal Reports 2013 Support Pack 3 and Crystal Reports 13_0_9 for Visual Studio 2013 Issue: At some point my Crystal Reports XI started crashing on textbox use and Could not use text box API's in .NET

Environment

Crystal Reports 2013
Crystal Reports Developer for Visual Studio
HP Color LaserJet CP1518ni using the PCL6 Universal Driver

Resolution

Setting the default printer to any other printer resolved the crashing.

This is a printer driver issue
