2030582 - How to make field 'Reference details' display in IT0009

Symptom

Sometimes Chinese customer needs to maintain the bank account number that is more than 18 digits in IT0009.
Given to the fact that field 'Bank Account' (P0009-BANKN) in IT0009 is 18-character long, customer needs to maintain the first 18 digits in field 'Bank Account', and maintain the remaining digits in field 'Reference details' (P0009-BKREF) as mentioned in SAP Note 1975820.
However, in some cases, field 'Reference details' is not displayed in IT0009.
