2030661 - ESI - How to create Webservice provider from a BAPI that requires COMMIT

Symptom

A Webservice was created from a BAPI. COMMIT needs to be added to the operations of this Webservice. Adding BAPIs from different function groups is not possible with the wizard in the latest releases. Therefore adding the BAPI 'BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT' is not possible.
