2030896 - Error "Cannot Access External Data - Failed to get the document information. (LO 26315)" when refreshing Dashboards from BI Launchpad in BI 4.x

Symptom

  • Error "Cannot Access External Data - Failed to get the document information. (LO 26315)" appears when refreshing Dashboards (or opening a Dashboard with option refresh on open) from BI Launchpad.
  • Issue appear only when dashboard is based on .unv
  • No problem when dashboard is based on .unx or Excel files
