2031028 - EPMDimensionOverride not working when referring to two or more properties

Symptom

When you are trying to refer to two or more properties in an EPMDimensionOverride formula by using &, but the dimension member is not overridden .

For example： 

When you use formula =EPMDimensionOverride("000","ACCOUNT","Account Type = AST & Scaling = Y"),  the EPMDimensionOverride is not working when the report is refreshed.
