2031657 - EPM Add-in - Invalid values for QTD and YTD when EPMRetrieveData is used

Symptom

  1. Invalid values for QTD and YTD measures when user uses EPMRetrieveData and EPMScaleData.
  2. EPMOlapMember returns correct values for all measures for the same data region.
  3. Time dimension has multiple hierarchies
  4. The issue only happens to those time members existing in multiple hierarchies.
