You are getting seemingly sporadic invalid values for QTD and YTD measures when you use EPMRetrieveData and EPMScaleData. But EPMOlapMember returns correct values for all measures for the same data region.
Your time dimension has two hierarchies and you have noticed that this happens only to time periods that belong to both hierarchies.
