2031983 - KBA: Unable to assign country to country groups

Symptom

  • Entry of validity date format is not accepted when assigning a country to a country group in GTS. As a result, assignment cannot happen.
  • After implementation of the SLL-LEG correction for this error (Note 2009853) a follow up error may occur: Error T9032 "Change the format for the date (12319999) in the time specification".
